  • Frank. Troise

    Frank Troise is the Founder & CEO of SoHo Capital LLC, a private U.S. investment firm founded in 1997. CEOs at the forefront of finance and technology have engaged SoHo as strategic advisors, operating executives, and investment bankers to support their global expansion, particularly in Asia and Europe. SoHo Climate Partners, a wholly owned subsidiary of SoHo Capital based in Singapore, is the region’s leading merchant bank for FinTech and Sustainability.

    Frank is widely recognized as one of Asia’s foremost market commentators and strategic thinkers. He is a regular co-host and commentator on CNBC’s The RunDown, Squawk Box, and Street Signs in both Asia and the U.S. His insights have been featured in leading publications including The Economist, Institutional Investor, The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, and The Straits Times. He currently serves as a Member on The Council on China Competition at the Export-Import Bank of the United States.

  • Kevin Teng

    Kevin Teng is co-CEO of SoHo Climate Partners and a climate investor and sustainability leader with over 20 years of experience in engineering, development, and operations. He also manages Terrasys Innovation Ventures, a family office investing in early-stage businesses with environmental impact, including alt-proteins, energy efficiency, and circular economy ventures.

    Previously, Kevin served as Executive Director at Marina Bay Sands, where he led corporate sustainability and engineering efforts that resulted in a 34% carbon and water footprint reduction and a 65% increase in recycling. He also oversaw $200M in capital renovation projects. Kevin holds an M.S. from the London School of Economics and a B.S. in Engineering from Duke. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, a Fellow of the Aspen Institute, and a former U.S.–China Fulbright Scholar.

  • Tom Goodrum

    Tom Goodrum leads SoHo Climate Partners’ Asset Management practice. He has held senior roles at Wilshire, BlackRock, and Dimensional Fund Advisors and recently co-founded a consultancy advising middle-market PE and VC firms on ESG strategy and implementation.

    Tom holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. He earned a B.A. from Davidson College and an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC.

  • David Antonioli

    David Antonioli is a SoHo Senior Advisor and founder of Transition Finance, a boutique consultancy designing financial instruments for the green transition. He is a leading expert in using market-based solutions to address environmental challenges and advance sustainable development.

    David was CEO of Verra (2008–2023), where he grew the organization into the leading certification body in voluntary carbon markets. Under his leadership, Verra expanded its programs to include sustainable development and plastic pollution. Prior roles include developing landfill gas-to-energy projects at EcoSecurities in the UK and managing international environmental initiatives under the Montreal Protocol, Kyoto Protocol, and Paris Agreement. David holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. from Princeton.

  • Chris Battaglia

    Chris Battaglia is a SoHo Senior Advisor and the Founder and CEO of Pareto Partners, a firm supporting global institutional investors with marketing, distribution, and thought leadership strategies. With decades of experience, Chris helps asset managers expand portfolios, grow AUM, and secure strategic distribution partnerships.

    He is President of the Global Fiduciary Symposium, hosted in partnership with Nomura since 2007. The Symposium is Japan’s leading institutional investor conference, attracting pension and retirement systems managing over $4 trillion. Previously, Chris served as President and Publisher of Pensions & Investments, where he launched its first Japanese-language news product and co-founded the Global Pension Symposium.

  • Clark Jennings

    Clark Jennings is a SoHo Senior Advisor and the Managing Director of C&M International’s Southeast Asia office, based in Singapore. He leads the firm’s regional operations and supports multinational clients navigating complex regulatory, policy, and political dynamics, including within the APEC and ASEAN forums. In 2023, Clark was elected to the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.

    Previously, Clark served in the Obama White House at the National Economic Council, where he managed the West Wing “war room” supporting the administration’s trade agenda. He was also Chief of Staff at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), where he oversaw strategic planning, grant deployment, legislative strategy, and interagency coordination with the White House, NSC, and other government bodies. He has represented the U.S. in bilateral and multilateral engagements on five continents.

  • Adam Frost

    Adam Frost is a SoHo Senior Advisor and former Senior Vice President for the China and Transformational Exports Program (CTEP) at the Export-Import Bank of the United States. There, he transformed a nascent mandate into a $3.6B lending program in under three years, proving U.S. exporters could compete effectively in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.

    Adam’s 20-year federal career includes pioneering the U.S. Defense Department’s first economic competition program; designing and leading dozens of strategic war games, including at the Cabinet level; and leading a rifle platoon in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He has also engaged directly with the PRC’s People’s Liberation Army. Adam holds an M.A. in International Security from Georgetown, an M.A. in U.S. History from Brandeis, and is an alumnus of the Johns Hopkins–Nanjing Center. He is fluent in Mandarin and a graduate of MIT’s Seminar XXI.

    Arv Sreedhar is a SoHo Senior Advisor and Managing Director of APA Capital (SG) and APA Switzerland AG. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in global M&A, capital markets, and private equity transactions.

    Arv has worked extensively across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, the U.S., and Europe, advising clients on cross-border deals and international strategy. He holds degrees in Law (Hons.) and Commerce from the University of Adelaide and is fluent in English and Hindi.

    Rene Velasquez is a global carbon markets expert and Managing Partner at Valitera, an advisory and trading firm that supports clients on their journey to net zero. He previously held leadership roles at First Climate and Xpansiv, gaining experience across Sydney, New York, Berlin, and Singapore.

    As Head of Global Carbon Markets at CBL (Xpansiv), Rene introduced the first standardized carbon contracts—GEO, N-GEO, and C-GEO—and co-founded the Aviation Carbon Exchange with IATA. He hosts the Carbon Exposure Project podcast, which explores innovations shaping the future of carbon markets.

  • Stephen Acunto, Jr.

    Stephen Acunto, Jr. is a SoHo Senior Advisor and Chief Operating Officer of LegalClaimsAI, an insurtech asset recovery platform. At SoHo, he leads the Delegations business, which connects investors with climate-focused companies through curated deal sourcing.

    Stephen has over 25 years of experience across media, technology, and information services businesses. Previously, he was COO of Beacon Int’l Group, a PE-backed global insurance and risk management multimedia company, where he led five acquisitions between 2019–2022. He has held senior roles at Hearst, WOBI, Dennis Publishing, Summit Professional Networks, and advised early-stage companies such as Brand Aces, Orchid Black, and Chartbeat. Stephen serves on the Board of the Spencer Educational Foundation, and holds an M.S. from NYU and a B.A. from Lafayette College.
